Friends of Fugaise,

March 14, 2009 was Fugaise's last day of business. I truly appreciate all the generous support you have shown me and my staff over the past few years. It was extremely flattering that many of you wanted me to contact you when I knew what my next cooking venture was going to be, so here it is...

I am embarking on a new adventure - opening my own restaurant again! inSeason Restaurant will open in early November at 5416 Penn Avenue South in Minneapolis (right across from Cafe Maude). More information can be found here.

I again want to express how thankful I am for all the support at Fugaise. I look forward to cooking for you again at inSeason!
